As part of our toolkit of resources for coping this Christmas, we have updated our Christmas Survival Kit for this year. This document has some useful links to resources such as blog posts and support available, but also has sections where you can plan how to make this time of year better.
Each section has two columns, where you can write what you find difficult and what solutions you could have to those problems. The sections include:
- Christmas/New Year parties
- Buying Christmas presents
- Food shopping
- Using public transport or taxis
- Keeping warm
- Cooking the Christmas meal
- Giving and receiving presents
- Dealing with arguments
- Being alone at Christmas
