Leeds Autism Diagnostic Service (LADS)
The Leeds Autism Diagnostic Service (LADS) team have been going since 2011. In that time, they have had well over 1,000 referrals for people in the Leeds area for an autism diagnosis.
To make a referral, you need to go to the LADS team’s web page at https://www.leedsandyorkpft.nhs.uk/our-services/services-list/autism-diagnostic-service-lads/. There, you can either self-refer using the form on the Information for Service Users page or refer through your GP.
On their web page, there is further information about what they do next after receiving your referral, as well as consultancy appointments and their autism care pathway.
