Gill Loomes, our Peer Development Worker, talks about how she finds the texture of most fruits hard to bear, suggesting that smoothies are a good alternative.
Here is Gill’s hack on how she gets more fruit into her diet:
“I really struggle with the texture of most fruit. To get round this, I end up having homemade fruit smoothies for breakfast.
“This is a great way of making sure I get my five portions of fruit and veg a day!”
