From 2010 onwards, Leeds has had an autism strategy. This strategy has set out what services for autistic people and their parents/carers in Leeds should do. There have been two strategies so far – one for 2011-2014 and a new one for 2017-2022.

Both were written and fed into by autistic people, parents and carers and representatives of autism service providers, healthcare, social services, children’s services and education. They were then signed off by important people from within Leeds City Council.

On this section of the website, you can find out more about the autism strategies, what their goals are and how you can get involved. Just click on the images below to see a different page.
