This coming week’s Lovell Autism Hub session has a few things on anyone who would like advocacy support, advice or information. Here’s what’s coming up next Tuesday:
Lovell Autism Hub – Tuesday 16th May – 3:30pm-7pm
First on at our weekly drop-in, we have Social Skills Training with Aspiedent from 4pm to 6pm. Sadly, this session is fully-booked, but if you want to find out more about what Aspiedent do, feel free to visit their website.
Next up, we have our monthly Women’s Group from 5:30pm to 7pm. This group is open to autistic women who live in the Leeds area. At this meeting, they will be discussing the topic of “relationships” – romantic ones, friendships, relationships at work and with family.
Ian from the Chapeltown Citizens Advice Bureau will be in throughout the session to offer advice on areas such as benefits, housing and employment.
Our staff and volunteers will, as always, be able to offer advocacy support and provide information and signposting to relevant services.
