To mark National Self-Care Week (17th-23rd November 2025), we are sharing a couple of our self-care resources, made by and for autistic adults. The first is a strategy guide to autism and self-care. It explains what self-care is and has some examples of ways you can look after yourself when feeling low.

The second resource is a Self-Care Plan. It has sections that you can fill in on tasks you want to do for your own self-care. There are also some tips on staying safe and well.
