This month’s Co-Design, Feedback and Review Group will be looking at some resources from the Leeds Autism Diagnostic Service (LADS), as well as a new design for our Autism Alert Card. The resources from LADS include an updated information pack, a guide to their diagnostic pathway and a document about broaching the subject of autism to someone.
Our Autism Alert Card will feature a link to a page with more information about the card itself, as well as other useful things to know. Meanwhile, the group will look at our updated Services Profile before it gets published.
When is the group?
It is on Tuesday 16th April from 5:30pm-7pm, taking place on the Zoom app. The group is for autistic adults aged 18 and over who live in the Leeds area.
