Our next monthly Coproduction Group will be meeting at a new date. From this month onwards, it will now meet on the third Tuesday of the month. The time of each meeting will still be 5:30pm-7pm.
This month’s group will be looking at a draft of a guide we have made on autism and travel. It covers booking accommodation, travel tickets, packing, insurance and other related topics. It will be made to coincide with the summer months, when many people go on holiday.
For the guide, we would welcome any input from autistic adults living in the Leeds area. It will help us to make sure that the guide is useful for you, especially if you have difficulties in planning breaks at home or abroad.
When is the meeting?
The Coproduction Group will meet on Tuesday 16th May on Zoom. It will run from 5:30pm to 7pm and is open to autistic adults aged 18 and over who live in the Leeds City Council area.
If you would like to attend, please email us at [email protected]. Then, we will send you the Zoom details for joining the Group. We will also send on a draft copy of the Travel Guide.
Feeding back in other ways
You can also give feedback on the guide without coming to the group. If you want to have a look at the draft guide and give feedback in your own time, please email us using the address given further up this news post. Then, we will email a copy of the guide to you.
