Our weekly hub sessions have a couple of regular groups on next Tuesday, alongside all the usual peer support, advocacy and information for autistic adults in Leeds. Here’s what we have lined up:
Lovell Autism Hub – Tuesday 9th October – 3:30-7pm
First, we have the Leeds Autism Diagnostic Service (LADS) team in from 3:30-5pm. They can meet with you to discuss what an autism diagnosis means, among other things. To see the LADS team, please book an appointment by contacting us.
Next, Carers Leeds have their monthly Carers Group from 5-6:30pm. This is a group run for carers, parents and partners of autistic adults in Leeds.
Chapeltown Citizens Advice are in for the whole session offering one-to-one support on areas such as benefits. You need to book an appointment in order to see them by contacting us.
Our staff and volunteers are around to help too. They can provide limited advocacy support, information, signposting and peer support.
