Picture of survey being filled in

A survey has recently been put together, asking people in Leeds what they think about Primary Mental Health Care in the city. It was created by the NHS Leeds Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG). The survey’s results will then be used to help shape mental health care services in the future.

The survey closes on Sunday 30th September, so there is plenty of time to fill it in. It only has a few questions, so it would not take long to complete. The Leeds CCG are keen to hear from autistic people who have used primary health care services run by the local NHS.
