This week, we have two Hub sessions on – our weekly drop-in session and our quieter fortnightly one on Friday, which is exclusively for booked appointments. Here is what we have lined up for next week at both hubs:

Lovell Autism Hub – Tuesday 13th February – 3:30-7pm

First on, we are able to do some personalised resources for you until 5:30pm. These can include autism alert cards, hospital passports, GP profiles and directions to anywhere you are visiting for the first time. If you want anything of that nature doing, just ask.

Carers Leeds have their monthly Carers Group from 5pm to 6:30pm. This group is open to parents, carers and partners of autistic adults who live in Leeds.

Our LGBTQIA* support group for autistic adults is on from 5:30pm to 6:30pm. This time, they will be talking about the topic of LGBT history month and what it means to autistic people.

Ian from the Chapeltown Citizens Advice Bureau is in for the whole session to give information on areas such as benefits and personal finance. He does have some appointments already pencilled in on that day though.

Our staff will be around to offer limited advocacy support, provide information and signpost you to any service you want to access or find out about.

Friday Autism Hub – Friday 16th February – 4-7pm

This session is only for booked appointments. On Friday, we can offer limited advocacy support, information and signposting. Ian from the Chapeltown Citizens Advice Bureau will be in too, although you need to book an appointment with us if you want to see him.

To book a slot for our fortnightly session, you need to contact us. You can do so via the Contact page of our website or by email at [email protected].
