Volunteering with Leeds Autism AIM

Next week at the Lovell Autism Hub, we will be having a guest speaker from Voluntary Action Leeds (VAL). Ronnie Miley will be in to discuss the Microvolunteering scheme, where young people can volunteer for a third sector or charitable organisation in short sessions.

Ronnie will be talking about what microvolunteering involves and who is able to do it. She will give a brief talk about what it is and will be around afterwards to answer any of your questions. She will also talk about the digital badges that are awarded for people who take part in the scheme, as well as what adjustments they can make for autistic volunteers.

Time and place

The talk will take place on Tuesday 22nd August at 4pm at our Lovell Autism Hub drop-in session. Ronnie will be around until 5:30pm. The venue address is as follows:

Lovell Park Hub
