Our next monthly Women’s Group at the Lovell Autism Hub will be talking about the topics of meditation and relaxation. This is the first time that the group for autistic women will be discussing this particular area.
The group is led by autistic women and provides a supportive environment for participants to share their views in a respectful way. It is open to autistic women living in the Leeds area.

The Women’s Group’s next meeting is on Tuesday 21st November from 5:30pm to 6:30pm. It will be at the Lovell Autism Hub, which you can find at this address:
