After receiving a grant from The National Lottery Community Fund, we are starting a new one-to-one peer support service. This will see a paid member of our team working with an autistic adult to help them address a range of issues.
If you are struggling with a range of issues which are affecting your daily life and routine, you may be able to access some one-to-one Peer Support with one of our autistic staff team.
What we do
Our Peer Support Workers can help you with:
- Identifying and prioritising the issues you feel are impacting you
- Develop strategies to manage day to day and implement adjustments to better meet your autistic needs
- Giving you a safe space to work through any specific challenges you are facing, e.g., communication challenges with family or friends, difficulties with executive functioning and self-care, anxiety management, burnout etc.
- Connecting you to services which can give you appropriate longer-term support
These are just a few examples of what we can do. Our Peer Support Workers can help with a wide range of challenges or concerns you may be facing.

To access this service, you must:
- Be aged 18+ and live in the Leeds City Council area
