As we reach the end of 2024, we have some news on when we are running our Hub sessions and autistic-led peer groups this December. There will be a few changes.

Firstly, we will not be running any Hub sessions between Monday 23rd December 2024 and Friday 3rd January 2025. This is due to some dates falling on or near Bank Holidays. We will be available for email enquiries during some weekdays in that period that are not Bank Holidays.

December’s drop-in Autism Hub dates

For December, we will be running a drop-in Hub session as normal on Tuesday 10th December, open from 4pm-7pm. However, we will not be running a second drop-in, which would normally be on Tuesday 24th. This is due to it falling on Christmas Eve. The next drop-in after that date will be on Tuesday 14th January from 4pm-7pm.

Our last scheduled appointment-only Autism Hub will be on Thursday 19th December at the normal time of 4pm-7pm. The next one after that is on Tuesday 7th January 2025.

Co-Design Group on hiatus

Due to staff workload and a review of how we do coproduction, the Co-Design, Feedback and Review Group will not be meeting in December. At the start of 2025, we will have information on our website about what our coproduction work entails.

No Gaming Group in December

Due to the fourth Thursday of December being on Boxing Day, there will be no Gaming Group at the Hub that month. All our other groups – Peer Support, Women-Aligned and the in-person and online Mental Health Peer Support groups – are unaffected.

January’s groups

For January, the Mental Health Equity Project will only be running an online Mental Health Peer Support group. This will be on Thursday 16th January from 4pm-7pm on Zoom. Meanwhile, our Peer Support Group will be on Tuesday 7th January and the month’s Women-Aligned Group will be on Tuesday 14th January, both at the usual times.
