The Leeds Autism Reference Group is a forum for autistic adults in the city to have their say on what services should do for them. It meets four times a year at the Lovell Autism Hub and feeds into the Leeds Adult Autism Partnership Board.
To make sure the Group improves and involves as many local autistic people as possible, we have put together a survey asking for your views on what the group should do. It is available online or in a Word document, which can be downloaded or picked up from the Hub if you’re visiting.
Feedback appreciated
The deadline for responses to the survey is Friday 1st November at 5pm. To take it, you must be an autistic adult who lives in the Leeds City Council area. Any feedback given is appreciated.
There are two ways you can take the survey:
- Take it online at this link: https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/LeedsAutismRefGroup
- By downloading it at this link – Autism Reference Group survey – and sending a completed survey to us by email at [email protected]
Any responses given will be used to make changes to the Reference Group, how it works and how people can get involved. If you have any further questions about the survey or the Reference Group, please get in touch with us.
