At our Autism Hub venue at The Community Wellbeing Hub in Chapeltown, we will be holding two Drop-In sessions this January.

The Drop-In takes place on Tuesday 13th January and Tuesday 27th January at the normal opening times of 4pm to 7pm. You will find the venue at this address:

How to get to the Hub

On our Autism Hub page, we have the address for the venue, as well as:

  • A step-by-step guide to walking there from two nearby bus stops
  • A list of bus routes stopping near the Hub
  • A video guide to the Hub, going on a walkthrough of the building.

Download the Step-by-Step guide here: Autism Hub – Leeds Autism AIM.

Watch the Walkthrough Video of The Community Wellbeing Hub on our YouTube channel: Autism Hub video walkthrough.

There is some on-site parking, whilst buses going to and from Leeds City Centre stop nearby on Chapeltown Road, including the 2, 3 and 3A services.

What’s happening on the day?

At the drop-in, we will be offering:

  • Information and signposting
  • A space for socialising at your own pace
  • A quiet space
  • Food and refreshments
  • A Nintendo Switch where you can play games at your own leisure

AIM staff will be around to answer any questions you may have when we are open.

Food at the Hub

On the 13th, we will be serving pasta bake and on the 27th, we’re serving soup. More information about food at our drop-ins is here: Changes to food at the Autism Hub

When it comes to food being served at the Hub, please note that we are limited in the food and choices we can offer due to various factors, including budgeting and time constraints.

We will always try and provide vegan and gluten-free options as standard practice – but any other dietary requirements cannot be catered for specifically.

A list of ingredients of the food we serve is available where possible, but it is the responsibility of the client to ensure anything they eat is suitable for them. You are more than welcome to bring in and consume your own food if you wish.

Who is the Hub for?

Our drop-in is for autistic adults aged 18 and over in the Leeds City Council area. To attend the drop-in, you will need to make a referral to Leeds Autism AIM beforehand.

If you have already made a referral to us, all you need to do to come to the Hub is turn up. If you have not made a referral to us and would like to come to the Hub, please click on this link and fill in the form: Leeds Autism AIM referral.
