During the Christmas and New Year period, Leeds Autism AIM will be running a reduced service. This is due to the Bank Holidays taking place. In this post, we have information on when we are running Autism Hub sessions and our peer-led groups.

Drop-In Hub

Our last Drop-In Autism Hub session of 2025 will be on Tuesday 9th December at the normal times of 4pm to 7pm. On the day, we aim to have a special festive food menu for visitors, including vegan and gluten-free options. We will also have our usual navigation and signposting offer.

Please note that to attend, you need to make a referral to Leeds Autism AIM beforehand. The first Drop-In of the new year will be on Tuesday 13th January at the normal times of 4pm-7pm.

Appointment-only Hub

We will be running Autism Hubs for booked appointments only on these dates:

  • Tuesday 2nd December
  • Thursday 4th December
  • Thursday 11th December
  • Tuesday 16th December
  • Thursday 18th December

After those dates, our next appointment-only Hub session will be on Tuesday 6th January 2026. All the above are open from 4pm-7pm. You must have a pre-booked appointment with us for one-to-one support to attend these.

In-Person Mental Health Peer Support Group

Our next in-person Mental Health Peer Support Group will be on Thursday 4th December from 6pm-7pm. It will be at The Community Wellbeing Hub.

The group is free to attend, but you need to make a referral to Leeds Autism AIM beforehand if you want to attend. If you have already made a referral to us, all you need to do is turn up.

January’s in-person group will be on Thursday 8th January, also from 6pm-7pm at the same venue. This is because Thursday 1st January (New Year’s Day) is a Bank Holiday.

Online peer-led groups

Our online peer-led groups will all be going ahead as normal in December, on these dates:

  • Women-Aligned Group – Tuesday 9th December, 5:30pm-6:30pm
  • Peer Support Group – Monday 15th December, 6pm-7pm
  • Online Mental Health Peer Support Group – Thursday 18th December, 6pm-7pm

All other services
