The next session of our autistic-led Café Autistique discussing group will be talking about how we access services. They could be health services such as hospitals and GP surgeries, customer helplines, housing or anything else that we access on a regular basis.

At the group, we aim to look at how autistic people approach services and get what they want out of them. Strategies to say what you want to say to them such as self-advocacy and assertiveness will be raised too.

When and where?

It takes place on Tuesday 27th August from 5:30pm to 6:30pm. It will be at the Lovell Autism hub, which is at this address:

Lovell Park Hub
Wintoun Street
Leeds
LS7 1DA

The group is free to attend and is led by autistic people. Refreshments are available at the Hub. If you’re autistic or a parent/carer of an autistic adult living in the Leeds area, you’re more than welcome to attend.
