Advonet, CHANGE and Yorkshire MESMAC are holding free self-advocacy workshops for autistic people who are also LGBTQ+. This is part of the new LGBTQ+ Health Inclusion Project, which is run by the three organisations. Autistic people have been involved in putting the content of the workshops together and have given feedback on it.

As part of that, Miranda, the project’s Peer Support Development Worker, will be visiting the Lovell Autism Hub on Tuesday to talk about what the workshops and the rest of the project are all about. She’ll be around to answer questions afterwards. Miranda will be in from 4:30pm on Tuesday 6th August.
