Our monthly discussion session at the Lovell Autism Hub, now called Cafe Autistique, is set to tackle the topics of self-improvement and life hacks. What can autistic people do to help make their lives better? What do life hacks involve and do they always work?

The discussion session is open to autistic adults and their parents, carers and/or partners in the Leeds City Council area. It’s free to attend and there is a cafe in the venue where you can buy a tea, coffee or other refreshments for a reasonable price.
