Lovell Autism Hub

At both of our Hub sessions this coming week, we have a fair bit going on for anyone who wants advocacy support, information or signposting. Here’s what you can expect to get on Tuesday and Friday:

Lovell Autism Hub – Tuesday 6th June, 3:30pm-7pm

At Lovell, we have Aspiedent‘s employability drop-in session from 4pm to 6pm. This is for any autistic adults in Leeds who need advice on finding the right job for them and is led by autistic people.

Ian from the Chapeltown Citizens Advice Bureau is back after a week off. He’s in for the entire session and can advise on such topics as benefits, housing and personal finance.

Our informal cooking session is on from 4pm. At the end of it, we’ll be selling what’s made there if anyone wants a bite to eat before they head home.

As always, our staff and volunteers can offer advocacy support and provide information and signposting to relevant services.

Friday Autism Hub – Friday 9th June, 4pm-7pm, Lovell Park Hub

Our fortnightly Friday afternoon session is for booked appointments. If you want an appointment, please get in touch with us by emailing [email protected].

At this week’s session, we have employment advice from 4pm to 7pm. It’s for any autistic adult in the Leeds area who needs advice on finding work, keeping work or volunteering.

Ian from the Chapeltown Citizens Advice Bureau is also in from 4pm to 7pm. As on Tuesdays, he can advise on benefits, housing, personal finance and other pressing issues.
